\n\nFULTON COUNTY, Ga. – The 15-year-old son of former Atlanta Falcons player Kroy Biermann and former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak is facing several felony charges following an incident in Alpharetta.
\n\nAccording to arrest warrants filed in Fulton County Magistrate Court, Kroy Biermann Jr., known as "KJ," has been charged with felony aggravated sodomy and felony aggravated sexual battery.
\n\nThe Alpharetta Police Department confirmed he is being charged as an adult.
\n\nInvestigators with the Alpharetta Police Department stated in an incident report that the charges stem from an incident reported on April 23 in the family changing area of a Life Time Fitness located on North Point Parkway.
\n\nAuthorities allege Biermann Jr. met a 15-year-old acquaintance in the facility's café before leading her into the family changing area. The victim reported to police that Biermann Jr. physically restrained her, engaged in unwanted sexual contact and forced her to engage in sexual acts against her will.
