New details have been released following the death of actress Hayden Panettiere. The former star died Sunday, Aug. 16, at the age of 36. She was found unresponsive at Judson Mill Lofts, an apartment complex in Greenville, South Carolina, according to local police. 911 dispatch audio obtained by TMZ and other outlets indicated Panettiere was in cardiac arrest following a possible overdose. TMZ also reported that a bag containing medication was found at the scene, and her boyfriend showed the medications to responding officers.
